Gardiner & Co was founded in 1999 by Alan Gardiner, BSc FRICS MCI Arb.  Alan qualified in 1992 and prior to forming his own business was an Associate Director in the firm of Eric Young & Co where he was responsible for Landlord and Tenant work throughout the UK.  Over the course of the last 22 years Alan has built up enviable experience in the commercial property market in the UK and has been favoured with instructions from numerous “blue chip” clients.

Alan is a member of the RICS Chairman’s panel of Arbitrators/Independent Experts in Scotland and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
