Prior to forming Gardiner & Co in 1999, Alan Gardiner was an Associate Director in the firm of Eric Young & Co, specialising in all aspects of commercial lease negotiation throughout Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland.

Alan is both a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and over the course of the last 18 years has built up vast experience in rent reviews, lease renewals, arbitrations, acquisitions and disposals of all types of commercial property.

As a reflection of the progress made since our formation, we moved to new offices at 95 West Regent Street, Glasgow in April 2009.
